Spectacular giant scale models, replica War Birds, real turbine jets, radical helicopters, and a variety of other, unique radio-controlled models will be flown and exhibited on Saturday, September 6^th at the Arvada Airpark. The Model Demonstration and Open House will feature many highly skilled pilots, a full scale fly-in by Flight for Life® Colorado, RC flight simulators, door prizes, concessions and an opportunity for visitors to talk to model builders and pilots. Visitor can also try their hand at flying real RC airplanes (also free). The Model Demonstration and Open House will run from 1:00 to 4:00 pm and includes free entry and parking. Our free “You Too Can Fly” program will run until 3:00 pm. Bring the whole family and enjoy an exciting day at the Airpark!
